New Reservation – PayPal Changes – November 1, 2021

Starting NOVEMBER 1st, 2021, PayPal will be linked with the Reservation system with the following changes.

1. Once a Booking is made, the member will now automatically receive a link to PayPal for payment.
2. Once the deposit is paid (50% of Cabin Fees), member will automatically receive the Cabin confirmation and Receipt by e-mail.
3. The member has 72 hours to pay. If not paid by 72 hours, the Cabin Reservation will be automatically Canceled and Open for any new bookings.
4. The automation is such that a member will be able to Book a Cabin, make Payment and receive Confirmation very quickly in one setting.

A reminder of the cancelation refund fee schedule:

Cancelations 30 or more days prior to Check-in date: 80% of Deposit refunded.
Cancelations less than 30 to 14 days prior to Check-in date: 50% of Deposit refunded.
Cancelations less than 14 days prior to Check-in date: No refund of Deposit.
